First thing in the morning, this is a great kick-starter for the day – an all in one breakfast in a glass. You can use any honey nut cereal that you enjoy, and you can vary the fruit content to make it different each day!

Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: No cook

Ingredients:

o 4fl.oz/115ml/½ cup milk
o 4fl.oz/115ml/½ cup plain Greek yogurt
o 3oz/85g/½ cup honey nut cereal
o 6oz/170g/1 cup frozen mixed berries
o Handful of almonds or hazelnuts (raw or toasted, your preference)
o A little extra cereal for topping

Method:

Simply blend together all the ingredients and enjoy. Top with a extra sprinkling of cereal and even a little honey if you have a really sweet tooth!
