Watermelon is a tricky one because it’s such a watery fruit (obviously) that it will make your smoothie more liquid and more like just a juice drink. You can avoid this by adding a thickener as we’ve done here.
o 2 cups deseeded water melon
o ½ a mango or papaya
o 1 cup natural yoghurt
o 4tsp protein powder
Blend all the ingredients (add ½ the protein powder and blend, then add the other half if you want a thicker smoothie).
