An early introduction to semi-solid foods and a little gentle spice for baby! You can also use turkey in this dish. Suitable for babies over 4 months old.

Serves: 4-5 dinners
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: Ready cooked chicken + 10-15 minutes for potatoes, or 40 minutes with chicken to cook

Ingredients:

o 1 small chicken breast, diced
o 2 medium sized sweet potatoes, peeled
o 6 ready to eat apricots, chopped
o Pinch of pumpkin pie spice

Method:

Boil sweet potato for 10-15 minutes, until soft.
Place chicken breast in ovenproof dish, cover with foil and cook in a preheated oven at 375°F/190°C/Gas mark 5 for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
Put into blender jug with apricots and pie spice.
Blend to required texture.
This recipe can be frozen in an ice cube tray for use within 1 month.
