The Magimix 11610 has become the ‘must have’ jug blender, being stylish and durable beyond belief. Somewhere between a domestic and commercial blender due to its strength and speed, this power-packed machine will suit any kitchen with its classic design and outstanding performance. This clever machine does not come cheap, but is economically priced compared with others with the same adaptability.

Magimix have been making blenders for over 40 years, so you know that each of their blender designs come with years of experience, and the classic style that only the discerning French manufacturers can produce. Holding company, Robot-Coupe, manufacture worldwide, and are rated to be one of the best manufacturers of food processing equipment and are keen promoters of reducing the global footprint.

Robustly built to last longer, these blenders are designed for the serious cook in the kitchen, but are easy to operate with no hidden problems. Built to facilitate even the smallest kitchen, it will easily blend even the hardest of fruit or vegetables, providing you with a smooth and silk-like consistency. With 4 programmes, clearly indicated on the machine, you can blend soups, smoothies, ice and desserts with ease. Even better, it is reasonably quiet in operation, and doesn’t move an inch when in action – solid and firm, if a little heavy at 6kgs when full.

Le Blender CromoProbably one of it’s best features is the cleverly designed ‘square’ jug, which is not only heat resistant but also easy to scoop out the blended mix right down to the last. The entire machine contains no plastic parts, so damage or breakage is completely minimalised. All parts are either rubber or metal, other than the jug, which has an extremely tight-fitting lid to avoid any spillage, with a removable lid plug that also doubles as a measuring cup. The jug attaches easily to the motor, so no messing around getting it to fit. Likewise with removal, it detaches simply and cleans very well. The stainless steel 4-pronged blender blades are easily removed as well for in depth cleaning. A family of 4 will be well-served with this 1.8 litre capacity jug.

If you are worried about colour, this blender comes in both silver and black, which will normally fit any kitchen décor.
