This one is packed with nutrients. Don’t be afraid of the kale flavor – you’ll find it doesn’t show through the other flavors if you choose them well. If you find the raw kale difficult to digest, blanch it in water for a minute before using – this helps to break down the structure and makes it more easily digestible.
o 1 well-packed cup of chopped raw kale, ribs removed
o 6 hulled strawberries
o ½ small ripe mango
o 1 cup pineapple juice
o Ice cubes
Put kale and fruit in blender. Add juice and ice. Blend.
